Beauty Writer Jane Larkworthy Has a Pretty Amazing Job

If you've read stories about beauty products in the past 30 years, you've most likely seen Jane Larkworthy's byline.

She is a grande dame of the beauty world, having worked as Beauty Director at W magazine for almost two decades and before that, Jane and Glamour.

Jane was an influencer before that was even a thing. Her "hauls" appeared in her infamous columns such as  "Jane's Addiction", which chronicled her many beauty exploits with trademark humor and honesty.

These days Jane works as a beauty consultant for brands and as a regular contributor to New York Magazine's "The Cut," Coveteur, and Elle Decor.
